Isabella, a Naples native, and Ben, from Pittsburgh, met online while he was living and working in her city. One of their first dates began with Mass at her home parish and ended at a favourite restaurant of hers, which Ben had chosen without knowing what it meant to her.

Every autumn
The years since have filled with each other’s favourite places: fly fishing in Jackson Hole, Waterfest in Beaufort with Ben’s closest friends, mahjong evenings with Isabella’s family. Ben’s loyalty to Auburn and Isabella’s to Texas make for a house divided every autumn.

Deer Valley
Ben proposed in Deer Valley, a place close to Isabella’s heart after years of skiing there with her family. It was a complete surprise, made sweeter by both families gathered to celebrate. Soon after, they moved to Salt Lake City for Ben’s career.
